How do you see your new job?

What is important to me is to be an indispensable link within the university community, between the staff and the students. The EGA staff member supports the students in the more political aspects (Student Council) as well as in the animation they set up on campus.

I will, for example, be able to help them with all the logistical aspects: asking for authorisations from the city, etc. I really like this kind of responsibility, being in touch with the municipal authorities and with the partners.

In fact, I have worked as a youth worker for a cultural centre, then in a youth centre, in youth work and in events management for the town of Marche-en-Famenne. I think I have gained experience in all aspects of the function of a permanent AGE. What I particularly like is to be close to the students and to help them.

What projects would you like to set up?

My main focus is on culture. In the medium term, once I have established myself in the position, I would like to be able to set up permanent education projects and try to bring culture closer to the student community.

Do you have a message for the students?

First of all, I would like to thank my predecessor, Félix Pacco, and Antoine Baetslé, who helped me a lot to find my bearings. I would also like to tell the students that my door is wide open to them! Don't hesitate to come and see me to ask questions!
